NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of RUTH MARGARET HEDGER (née Creasey), late of Forest Lawn, Rue de la Rocque in the parish of Torteval in the island of Guernsey who died on the 12^th September 2024, and to whose estate a Grant of Probate was granted by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 8^th day of November, 2024 to Ruth Ursula Theresa Blondel (née Hedger) (the “Executrix”), are required to send particulars in writing to the said Executrix whose address is Claymore, Rocque Poisson, L’Eree, St Pierre du Bois, Guernsey on or before the 28^th February 2025, after which date the said Executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which she has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands she then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
