NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the sole shareholder of FIDES Corporate Services Limited, FIDES Director Limited and FIDES Trust Limited (the “Companies”) on 15 November 2024, the following resolutions were passed:

THAT The Companies be and are hereby wound-up voluntarily; and

THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Town Mills, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1LT, be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Companies for the purposes of the winding up of the Companies.
