(“the Company”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 27 November 2024.

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 27 November 2024.

“THAT Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ and Martin Armstrong of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 27 December 2024 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
