NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 17th December 2024: “the Company enter members’ voluntary liquidation with effect on and from the date of adoption of the resolution and the Company appoint Tim Archard of Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey as liquidator to wind up the Company’s affairs and to realise and distribute its assets”. All creditors who hold claims against the Company are required to submit full details to the Liquidator before 24th January 2025.
