NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 20 December 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and THAT Natalie Boes and Nicholas Vermeulen both of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND be appointed as Joint Liquidators (the “Liquidators”) of the Company”

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 20 January 2025.
