 (“the LLP”) ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 31 December 2024 the LLP has been placed into winding up pursuant to section 85 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 2013 and NSM Services Limited of, Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1AR, has been appointed as Liquidator. All persons having claims against the LLP are required to submit details to the Liquidator before 10 February 2025 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Liquidator by 10 February 2025.
