NOTICE is hereby given that on 3 February 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at The Royal Court House, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PB there will take place a creditors meeting, convened pursuant to section 417 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 by Jurat Toynton, who has been appointed Commissioner, to examine and verify the Company’s financial statements, creditors' claims and preferences, and to receive the Liquidators’ final report. There are no funds available to allow a distribution to any class of creditors or shareholders.
