In the Estate of Enid Mary Le Prevost (nee Woodward) of Apartment 3T, Richmond Court, Les Grandes Maison Road, St Sampson, Guernsey, who died on 28 December 2024 - TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executors, Keith Le Prevost & Colin Le Prevost c/o 4 Clos de Pierre, Collings Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FS to arrive on or before 23 April 2025, failing which the Executors will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
