NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 24 December 2024, the Company was ordered to be compulsorily wound up by Order of the Royal Court of Guernsey.  Clive John Fortis of Begbies Traynor (Guernsey) Limited, Ground Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Braye, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW, and Adrian John Denis Rabet of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Unit 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR, were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.  All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to Clive John Fortis at the above address before 28 February 2025.
