NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 30(8)(a) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended that on 17 January 2025 in accordance with the consent of EOS VP I GP Limited (“the GP”), the Limited Partner and the Shareholder, and in accordance with the Limited Partnership Agreement it was agreed that the LP be dissolved and that the GP be appointed as Liquidating Trustee.

All persons having claims against the LP are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidating Trustee before 13 February 2025, and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the LP by the above-mentioned date.
