NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 92 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) by the board of the Company to all creditors of the Company and other interested parties (if any) of the proposed application to the Register of Companies in Guernsey for the removal of the Company from the Register of Companies in Guernsey to continue as a company registered under the laws of the Isle of Man, with such migration proposed to take effect on or around 1 May 2025.
