NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended that Special Situations Venture Partners II (GP) Limited as General Partner and Special Situations Venture Partners II Managers (MLP) Limited as Managing Limited Partner (together, the “Managing Partners”) both of the registered office 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, GY1 2Hl, Guernsey have consented to the dissolution of the Partnership with effect from 21 November 2024 acting in their capacity as joint Liquidating Trustees of the Partnership.
