Liquor Licensing Applications - Guernsey Harbour Duty Free Shops & Cafe

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 9:45 AM on Tuesday 8th April 2025, CONDOR LTD, GUERNSEY, New Jetty Offices, White Rock, St Peter Port, will apply to the Royal Court of Guernsey, pursuant to the provisions of The Liquor Licensing Ordinance, 2006, for a CATEGORY ‘A’ LICENCE for the premises to be known as GUERNSEY HARBOUR EXPRESS CAFÉ & SNACK BAR. Additionally, the company will apply for TWO CATEGORY ‘J’ LICENCES for the premises to be known as GUERNSEY HARBOUR DUTY-FREE SHOP & CAFÉ, located within the restricted terminal and car lane. The Licensee will be responsible for the conduct of the said licences in accordance with the submitted plans.
