NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following written resolutions of Elm Park Road Limited (in voluntary liquidation) (the “Company”) were duly passed on 18 February 2025, each resolution stating that: “the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008” and “Paul Appleton and Clive Fortis care of Begbies Traynor (Guernsey) Limited, Ground Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Braye, St. Peter Port, GY1 1EW, Guernsey be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company and that any power conferred upon them by the Company, or by law, be exercisable by them alone or jointly.”

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Company are requested to send details thereof to the address below not later than 11 April 2025.
