"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 9:45am on Tuesday 15 April 2025, Pingquay Limited, will apply to the Royal Court of Guernsey, pursuant to the provisions of The Liquor Licensing Ordinance, 2006, for a variation to its existing Category "A" Licence and Under 18s Permit in respect of the premises known as Pingquay Bar situate at North Quay in the parish of St Peter Port, in accordance with plans lodged with HM Greffe, and for Simon John Allum to continue be the Designated Official responsible for the conduct of the said licence. Further details regarding the proposed application can be inspected at Carey Olsen (Guernsey) LLP, Carey House, Les Banques, St Peter Port. Any person wishing to oppose the said application should be present in Court when the application is heard.
