NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the real estate of IRIS MARY TOSTEVIN (née Fewkes), late of Green Oaks Nursing Home, La Grande Lande, St Saviour, Guernsey, and formerly of Isoletta, Saumarez Lane, Castel, Guernsey, who died on the 4^th December 2024, that an Application will be made to the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30am on Friday the 11^th April, 2025 by MARK ERNEST TOSTEVIN (“the Applicant”) for the following Orders:

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 (1) (d) of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006, as amended (“the Law”) of all the Real Estate of the Deceased; and
2. the appointment of the Applicant as the Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased;

AND in the event of such Application being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for a further Order that the Real Estate of the Deceased be vested forthwith for an estate of inheritance in the lawful heirs of the Deceased, namely the Applicant, and Geoffrey Brian Tostevin and René John Tostevin, in equal undivided one-third shares.
