NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of the late SUSAN MARGARET JONES of Le Bouton De Rose, Monument Gardens in the Parish of St Peter Port in the island of Guernsey, who died on the 4^th day of December, 2024 and to whose estate a Grant of Probate was granted by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 28^th day of February, 2025 to Andrew Douglas Laws (the “Executor”) are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor whose address is Babbé LLP, La Vieille Cour, La Plaiderie, St Peter Port, Guernsey, on or before the 4^th day of July, 2025 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
