NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Jeanne Everil Spensley of Maison be Beauvoir Care Home, Rue Cohu, Castel, Guernsey, who died on 15 December 2024 and in respect of whom a Grant of Probate was issued by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 28 March 2025 to Roger Alan Le Tissier (the Executor) are required to send particulars in writing to Roger Alan Le Tissier whose address is Ivy Gate, L’Ancresse Road, Vale, Guernsey GY3 5SN on or before the 31 July 2025 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
