NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following written resolutions of Heathfield Farm (Guernsey) Limited (in voluntary liquidation) (the “Company”) were duly passed on 28 March 2025, each resolution stating that: “the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1) (b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, as amended” and “Clive John Fortis of Begbies Traynor (Guernsey) Limited, Ground Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Braye, St. Peter Port, GY1 1EW, Guernsey and Adrian John Denis Rabet of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Unit 19, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR, be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators (the "Joint Liquidators") for the purpose of winding up the Company and that any power conferred upon them by the Company, or by law, be exercisable by them alone or jointly.”

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Company are requested to send details thereof to the address below not later than 2 May 2025.
