(Together “the Companies”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolutions of the Members of the Companies were unanimously adopted as Special Resolutions on 26 March 2025.

“THAT the Companies be placed into Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolutions of the Members of the Companies were unanimously adopted as Ordinary Resolutions on 26 March 2025

“THAT Andrea Frances Alice Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Companies.”

All persons having claims against the Companies are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 25 April 2025 and all persons indebted to the Companies are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
