NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 1 April 2025 the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright both of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Town Mills, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1LT (the “Joint Liquidators”) be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company and any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone”.

All persons owing monies to the abovementioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 9 May 2025.
