On 31 March 2025 the shareholder of the Company passed the following Special Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies Law”.

BDO Limited, represented by Richard Searle and Richard Jackson, was appointed as the voluntary liquidator of the Company on 31 March 2025.

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Company are hereby requested to send details thereof in writing to the undersigned not later than 8 May 2025.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
