"SIR JOHN SOUTHWOOD JENNINGS, DECEASED

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late SIR JOHN SOUTHWOOD JENNINGS of La Colombiere, Havilland Road, St Peter Port, GY1 1PT who died on 29 August 2024 are required to send particulars in writing to the named Executors whose addresses are: (1) Lady Linda Elizabeth Jennings of La Colombiere, Havilland Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1ER, (2) John Stevens of 30 Lansdowne Road, London, N10 2AU, United Kingdom and (3) Hannah Hayward of Haut Sejour, Queens Road, St Peter Port Guernsey, GY1 1PT on or before 15 July 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
