NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 28(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, that on 8 April 2025 the LP was deemed dissolved pursuant to section 14 (a) of the limited partnership agreement dated 21 December 2004.  It was resolved that that Althjoda Framtakssjodurinn GP Limited (in liquidation), in its capacity as general partner of the LP, be appointed as Liquidating Trustee for the purpose of its winding up.

All persons having claims against the LP are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidating Trustee before 8 May 2025, and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the LP by the above-mentioned date.
