NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the members of Ashmore Global Special Situations Fund 5 (GP) Limited (the “Company”) on 8 April 2025, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the Company be and it is hereby wound-up voluntarily; and THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Town Mills, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1LT be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and acting as liquidating agent to Ashmore Global Special Situations Fund 5 Limited Partnership (in dissolution) (the “Fund”).
