NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an application under Part XXIII and XXIV of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) (the “Law”) and in accordance with Section 406(e) & (i) of the Law, The Royal Court of Guernsey granted a Compulsory Winding Up order on 15 April 2025, and that pursuant to Section 413(1) of the Law, Clive John Fortis of Babies Traynor (Guernsey) Limited, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Braye, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW and Adrian John Rabet of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Unit 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up of the Company.

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Company are requested to send details thereof to the address below not later than 16 May 2025.
