number 3264) (the Partnership) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant

to section 30(8)(a) of the Law, that in accordance with the limited

partnership agreement relating to the Partnership, the Partnership (with

its registered office at P.O. Box 650, 1st Floor, Royal Chambers, St Julian’s

Avenue, St Peter Port, GY1 3JX, Guernsey), has been dissolved with

effect from 30 April 2025.
