CHARLES LAND LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

(“the Company”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 April 2025 the Royal Court of Guernsey ordered that the

Company be compulsorily wound up pursuant to section 406(e) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law,

2008. Andrea Frances Alice Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St

James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ were appointed as Joint

Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators

before 29 May 2025, and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with

the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
