CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF PORTSMOUTH (formerly The Portsmouth Roman Catholic Diocesan Trustees Registered), whose registered office is St Edmund House, Bishop Crispian Way, Portsmouth, and whose address for service in Guernsey is Court Place, Rue du Manoir, St Peter Port, Guernsey, owner of premises comprising buildings, land and car park forming part of premises called “Notre Dame School and Cark Park” situate at Burnt Lane in the parish of Saint Peter Port HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that any person trespassing upon the said car park situate at Burnt Lane aforesaid shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £50.00.  Pursuant to an Act of the Royal Court dated the 2 day of May 2025.
