NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 25th February 2025: “the Company enter members’ voluntary liquidation with effect on and from the date of adoption of the resolution and the Company appoint B.L.A Limited of Granary House, The Grange, St Peter Port, Guernsey as liquidator to wind up the Company’s affairs and to realise and distribute its assets”. All creditors who hold claims against the Company are required to submit full details to the Liquidator before 25th June 2025 All persons with debts owed to the Company are obliged to settle those debts with the Liquidator by the above date.
