“JOAN KATHLEEN LANYON (née Guilbert) – DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Estate of JOAN KATHLEEN LANYON (née Guilbert) (the “Deceased”) late of Highfield House Care Home, Rue a L’Or, St Peter Port, Guernsey who died on 31 July 2023, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9:30 am on Friday, 23 May 2025 by Belinda Doyle (formerly Croshaw, née Lanyon), for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (the “Law”) of the Real Estate of the Deceased; and

2. the appointment of Advocate Andrew John Ayres as the Administrator of the said Real Estate of the Deceased;

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for a further order:-

3. that the real estate of the Deceased be vested for an estate of inheritance absolutely as to:

1. an undivided one-half share in Belinda Doyle (formerly Croshaw, née Lanyon) for herself and her heirs; and
2. the remaining undivided one-half share in equal shares between Emily Croshaw, James Croshaw, Dominic Croshaw, Jack Doyle, Catherine Doyle and Joseph Doyle, for themselves and their respective heirs;
