Notice of a statutory proposed decision to grant a telecommunications licence

GUERNSEY COMPETITION AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY: STATUTORY NOTICE OF A PROPOSED DECISION TO GRANT A TELECOMMUNCIATIONS LICENCE

The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority (GCRA) hereby gives notice pursuant to s.4(1) of the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 that it proposes to grant a telecommunications licence to Offshore Leisure Limited, t/a Co-op Mobile.  The proposed decision has been published on the GCRA’s website under matter T1706G: https://www.gcra.gg.

Interested parties may submit comments on the proposed decision to info@gcra.gg.  Comments should be clearly marked “Co-op Mobile Licence T1706G”.  The deadline for comments is 5 p.m. on Friday 30 May 2025.
