Terres mises à L’Amende Le Chalet Hotel

NOTICE is hereby given that by Act dated 11th day of April 2025 the Royal Court granted permission to FV Holdings Limited to publish a notice in “La Gazette Officielle” of this Island to the effect that trespassers on those parts of premises known as Le Chalet Hotel situate at Fermain Lane, Guernsey, GY1 1ZZ in the parish of St Martins (this area being shown outlined in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 9th day of April 2025) are liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres mises à l’Amende of 16th January, 1786, as amended. Trespassers on the premises shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £50.00.
