NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having claims

against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of

Gladys May Sowden née Burrows late of Brownhill Nursing Home,

Rohais, St Peter Port in the Island of Guernsey, who died on 25

March 2025 and in respect of whom a Grant of Probate was issued

by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 20 June 2025 to

Martyn Baudains (the Executor) are required to send particulars in

writing to Priya Jobanputra at Ogier whose address is Redwood

House, St Jullian's Avenue, St Peter's Port, Guernsey on or before

3 months from the date of last publication 2 July 2025 after which

date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the

deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only

to the claims of which the Executor has had notice and shall not be

liable for the assets of the deceased or any of them so distributed

to any person or whose claims or demands the Executor has not

had notice.
