NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dyslexia Day Centre (Guernsey) Limited (in Voluntary Winding Up) ("the Company") duly passed a written Special Resolutions placing the Company in voluntary winding up with effect from 15 July 2025 in accordance with the provisions of section 391(1) (b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 22 August 2025.
