Notice of a creditors' meeting

Moro Sphinx Limited (“the Company”) - in Voluntary Liquidation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 16 September 2025 at 9am in The Royal Court House, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PB there will take place a creditors’ meeting, convened pursuant to section 417 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 by Jurat Burnard, who has been appointed Commissioner, to examine and verify the Company’s financial statements, creditors’ claims and preferences, and to receive the Liquidator’s final report. The report will be despatched to all creditors of the Company prior to 2 September 2025. It is also proposed that a date will be set for the distribution of the Company’s assets.
