MGS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation) Company No. 53814 ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholders of MGS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (the “Company”) on 13 August 2025, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the Company be and it is hereby wound-up voluntarily; and THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Upper House, Smith Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2JQ be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.
