NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Guernsey Real Property of JOHN DUNCAN FAWCETT, deceased (“the Deceased”), late of Le Hamel de Bas, Rue Mainguy, Vale, Guernsey, who died on 19^th March 2014, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 5^th September 2025 by Denise Rose Fawcett, née Branquet (“the Applicant”) for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) in respect of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased; and

2. the appointment of the Applicant as the Administrator of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased;

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for the following order:-

3. in the event of the above orders being granted, an order under Section 9(9) of the Law that upon the sale of any part of the said Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased, the Administrator shall be permitted to distribute immediately (or within such longer period as the Court deems fit) the net proceeds of sale of such Guernsey Real Property without further application to the Royal Court.
