NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Guernsey Real Property of CHRISTOPHER LE PAGE, deceased (“the Deceased”), late of Ortac, Retot Lane, Castel, Guernsey, who died on 28^th January 2025, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 5^th September 2025 by Valerie Dawn Le Page, née Collenette (“the Applicant”) for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) in respect of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased; and

2. the appointment of the Applicant as the Administrator of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased;

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for the following order:-

3. in the event of the above orders being granted, an order pursuant to section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law vesting the whole of the Deceased’s Guernsey Real Estate for an estate of inheritance in the only child of the Deceased, Ian James Le Page, for himself and his heirs.
