NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the members of Ashmore Global Multi Strategy Fund Limited (the “Company”) on 31 July 2025, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the Company be and it is hereby wound-up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies Law; and THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Town Mills, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1LT be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company. All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice: S.
