Pursuant to orders of the Royal Court of Guernsey dated 2 September 2025, Nick Vermeulen, David Baxendale and Tom Crookham of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP respectively have been appointed as joint administrators of Long Term Assets Limited on 2 September 2025 (the “Joint Administrators") to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents and without personal liability.

The Joint Administrators will contact all known creditors of the Company in due course in relation to the administration and inviting creditors to submit their proof of debt.
