NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 30(8)(a) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended, that on 12 September 2025 in accordance with the consent of Preservation Capital Partners Co-Invest GP Limited (“the GP”) and the Limited Partner it was agreed that the LP be dissolved and that the GP be appointed as Liquidating Trustee.
