Pursuant to orders of the Royal Court of Guernsey dated 2 September 2025, Nick Vermeulen, David Baxendale and Tom Crookham of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP respectively have been appointed as joint administrators of Long Term Assets Limited on 2 September 2025 (the “Joint Administrators") to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents and without personal liability.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held at 2pm on 5 November 2025 by way of a virtual meeting.
