In the Estate of PEGGY HUNTER (née Le Gallez) of GreenAcres Care Home, Les Hubits, St Martin's, Guernsey (formerly of La Hauteur, Avenue Germain, Ville au Roi, St Peter Port, Guernsey),  who died on 22 July 2025 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executrix, JACQUELINE MARY CHILTON, at L'Amaont, 91 Mount Durand, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1DY, to arrive on or before 9 January 2026, failing which the Executrix will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
