NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 22 November 2019 the Royal Court of Guernsey ordered that the Company be placed into Administration pursuant to section 374 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (“the Law”). James Robert Toynton and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ were appointed as Joint Administrators. On 18 May 2021 James Robert Toynton resigned as Joint Administrator and Andrea Frances Alice Harris was appointed in his stead.

Upon application by the Joint Administrators, on 16 September 2025 the Royal Court of Guernsey

further ordered that the Administration Order be discharged pursuant to section 382(2)(a) of the Law

and that Andrea Frances Alice Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes be appointed and sworn in as

Joint Liquidators of the Company pursuant to section 413 of the Law.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 23 October 2025, and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
