NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Sheila Elizabeth Beard late of Summerland House Nursing Home, Mount Durand, in the Parish of St Peter Port, formally of Ocho Rios, Ruette des Corneilles, Cobo, in the Parish of Castel in the Island of Guernsey who died on the 27th day of April 2025 are required to send particulars in writing to Advocate Gilly Kennedy-Smith (the Executor) of Mourant Ozannes (Guernsey) LLP, Royal Chambers, St. Julian's Avenue in the Parish of Saint Peter Port in the Island of Guernsey, to whom Probate to the deceased's Estate was granted by the Guernsey Probate Registry of the Bailiwick of Guernsey on the 15th day of August 2025, on or before the 2 January 2026, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims of which notification has been received and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands have not been notified – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997 and The Inheritance (Guernsey) Law, 2011.
