NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 September 2025, at an extraordinary

general meeting of the members of the Company, the following resolutions

were passed: THAT the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily pursuant

to section 39(1)(b) of the Companies Law and THAT, subject to the passing

of resolution 1 above, Matthew Wright and Sophie Smith of Leonard Curtis

C.I. Limited, Upper House, 16-21 Smith Street, St Peter Port, GY1 2JQ (the

Liquidators) be and are hereby appointed as Liquidators of the Company for the

purposes of the winding up All persons having claims against, or who are

indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to

the Joint Voluntary Liquidators at the address below, as soon as possible and no later than 4 weeks after the date of this notice.
