MARLENE FLOUQUET (neé TOPLEY) deceased.

Notice is given that all creditors and others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Marlene Flouquet late of 122, Rosaire Gardens, Rosaire Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey who died on 1 June 2025 and whose Will was proved in the Ecclesiastical Court of the Bailiwick of Guernsey on 3 October 2025 by Graham Parrott (the Executor) is required to send particulars in writing to the Executor whose address is 16 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PF on or before 10 November 2025, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regards only to the claims of which notification has been received and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands have not been notified – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) ( Guernsey) Law, 1997.
