ESTATE OF WILLIAM MICHAEL SHELCOTT PARSONS DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Guernsey Real Property of the late William Michael Shelcott Parsons of La Maison Verte, Rue des Marais, Vale Guernsey who died on 15 September 2024 ("the Deceased") that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30am on Friday 17 October 2025 by NICOLA ANASTASIA BAILEY (née Parsons) for the following orders:

1. An Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of the Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 of all the Real Property of the Deceased; and
2. To be appointed as Administrator of the Real Property of the Deceased.

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Applicant will apply to the Court for a further order that the Real Property of the Deceased will be vested in the Applicant and her brother Michael Peter Charles Parsons for an estate of inheritance for themselves and their heirs, pursuant to Section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law.
