Amended Nominations invited

The Constables and Douzaine of St Peter Port hereby give notice that a meeting will be held at the Harry Bound Room, Les Cotils at the conclusion of the meeting convened by the Churchwardens which commences at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4^th November 2025.

Nominations close at 4pm on Friday 24^th October.

Nominations are invited. 

BY THE ELECTORS ONLY TO ELECT

ONE CONSTABLE for a three-year term of office until 31^st December 2028

SEVEN DOUZENIERS - five for a four-year term until 31^st December 2029, (Ms K M Hainsworth and Ms E Bormane are eligible for re-election), one to complete a two-year term until 31^st  December 2027 and one to complete a one year term until 31^st  December 2026.

ONE PROCUREUR for a two-year term until 31^st December 2027

BY THE ELECTORS AND RATEPAYERS

To appoint accountants and auditors for the Parish accounts for the year 2026.

To receive an update on accounts.

To fix the time at which Parish Meetings shall be held during 2026.

To take all such measures as the Constables, Electors and Ratepayers may deem advisable.

The Constables invite those attending to stay on for refreshments and the opportunity to meet with the Douzaine.
